About me
I've Been There
Having lived through addiction recovery on both sides of the fence, In long term recovery myself, as well as a family member and partner of addiction and recovery, I've been there and yes, "me too."
Change Can Happen!
I've learned, utilized, and am certified in many pathways in my recovery both as an addict and as a loved one. Through this experience and knowledge, I have been able so pull from all pathways and recovery routes in order to heal inside and out. From addiction recovery, to recovery as a loved one, to healing my body, healing my relationships with myself and others. I am a whole person, and have found healing for the whole me.
Find Your Tribe
The phrase "together we can" isn't just a euphemism. It's real. This phrase has been so very empowering for me by driving me towards working collaboratively with my tribe in my recovery. And also being able to feel the amazing gift of giving back to others. It took time and work, but the blessing of having my tribe has no parallel.
